1 Nasdaq listing.......

2 Financials, because Mike Gold says they have been mailed.

3 Drilling to commence.

Please point out where the company lied to shareholders about the property.

For starters, according to their own PRs they were only "weeks" away from actually producing gold - last year. You seen any of that gold yet? Any revenue from that gold yet? And the fact remains, nearly 3 years and 150M shares later this property you're so in love with has 0 ounces of proven reserves. It doesn't even have inferred reserves.
