Well, it's funny you should ask. HLIT has a Management presentation scheduled with Warburg Dillon next Monday. And then from there, it's on to Merrill, I've been told. So, obviously HLIT understands the importance of paying tribute to these guys - and paying tribute on a regular basis. This is no laughing matter. CUBE is unknown by Wall Street - still. The Street cocked their heads like a confused puppy when HLIT announced their acquisition of Divicom. Most had never even heard of Divicom. Do you blame CUBE Management? I do. Look, I think the deal makes sense. It's a good deal. But the Street's reaction is just a total debacle.
