I thought that they just hired the Carson Group to show them the right way to structure and write a new product release, like (1) who's using it, (2) to do what, (3) be specific not general and (4) avoid jargon. The market's big yawn today seems to be telling us that SOMEBODY still has lots to learn about effective, compelling writing. Does Carson give refunds? By the way, who can help me to answer 1 and 2 above?
