Will they ??<< This is of mild curiosity only, but there is going to be a bonding... , and I don't know what a "store w/i" means but I assume for CPQ they stick a sort of kiosk type thingy in the Radio Shack store, which is a fancy word for a terminal (has any one been to a radio shack to see one?? and I would assume MS is going to use the same terminal and so you walk in look at what they got, ask the clerk a few questions and do the order thru the terminal or have the clerk do it for you on his linc Ipaq behind the counter. The major problem with the Best Buys, Good Guys, Frys is that the customer service reps (clerks) don't always know much, and the same terminal can serve as a knowledge data base which will cut down on training, not to mention inventory costs. And of coure the whole thing is on satellite downlinc. Sure be nice to know. BUT it may be for political considerations it hasn't been announced in that manner. I sure wish I knew. Has anyone been in the Gateway stores???
