Hi Chuzzlewit - I agree with you absolutely that stock buyback is essentially tax free dividend and I hope my original post did not suggest otherwise. In fact, that is why I made my original post in its defense. Having said that, I think Moody's recent downgrade does impact TYC. I also agree TYC is a good company to own, if the price is right. That's why my GTC buy order is still sitting out there. However, considering the various factors, like expiry and Mr Greenspan, I am not going to pay full price, if I can get a discount <G> best, Bosco
