What you said is funny but true and proven right many times. Today I read in NYTimes that it is not a simply a Black and White issue. A Black NY cabby from Haiti was assaulted and robbed by two black men. He implies that the cabbies won't put their lives on line. Many of the cabbies also worry about the civil rights of the potential passengers as much as they worry about their lives.
