DD, that's why most mutual funds have set up lines of credit with the Fed so that they can handle a huge outflow of redemptions without having to panic sell their portfolios.

Funny how these guys seem to think of things you don't. That 4.8% number has remained within .2% for the two years that I have followed the indicator. It really has lost its meaning except if it goes down even more, indicating a fund being absolutely, completely fully invested.
