That is a big 10-4 good buddy. I use DSL at about .7-1.1 Mbps and SI has been Spotty, Scotty. I ran tracert and occasionally one of the servers is slow toward the last, and I assume that is SI's or near SI. I emailed "Jill", and they are definitely aware of the problem. I go in thru the old site, the new site is about the same. Either the same server or the same appliance server. Better, Now. ---OR--- Perhaps it was something we said bad about Microsoft. :))) Duke
