IMO these holders of the debt also represent the predominate share of MRV's short position. It is the only rational explaination for that 10 % short being out there. We must also know the scenarios that involve these people covering and it's effect on the float. Couldnt we also see this qtr. to qtr if the short position decreases and the float increases without any further explaination?
