Actually, I'm stay-at-home by nature. But I've found that when I nudge myself to get out and be around people, there's nearly always a payoff ... I physically feel better and quite often meet new and interesting people. I'm fortunate to have a large church that meets a lot of needs, socially and otherwise. It's where most of my "connectedness" is. It has a workout center that I use several times a week, and I do some volunteer work at the church (my "gift" seems to be envelope stuffing). But the primary benefit is the church's large singles "population". Thanks for the hospitality offer, and yes, I've seen the "I kiss you!!!" It's gotten around ... :)

I predict (I know everyone is on the edge of their seats now) ~ I predict Ukoad's "I kiss you!" becomes an Americanism. I was super impressed, humbled even, by his manifesto. As someone said, (was it you or E? X?) ~ he is not wasting his 15 minutes of fame, frivolously. He has manners we could all use. That's really the amazing and wonderful part. He's kind of a hero, I think. I mean, for me. BTW, on the "I like sex" subject? I am pleased you jumped on that, so to speak, but the kind of comparisons I'm thinking of don't quite equal an admission on Rambi. I mean, Lather, JFred, Ish and I, are the only people here, I think, who don't like sex, so you're really not, uhm, "risking" much, socially, here. If you want to, "leap forward," Ukoad style, you could go to SI's busiest thread (INTC? IBM? MSFT?) and post those three words, "I like sex," with no experimentation notes. I will give you my "steely" (marble) if you can do that. Matter of fact, I will "kiss you!!" Anyway, "I like sex," and "I kiss you" are so, so cool. How come we didn't think of that? That guy is a treat, in a world full of evidence and media for cynics. I think all the DAR women should go and surround Ukoad with nakd American women bodies for foto poster.
