I am so cynical about the "analyst" community. Heard second hand of one analyst who downgraded a well known stock. Heard that a reason the analyst gave that this didn't happen sooner was to preserve some semblance of an investment banking relationship. I'm coming to think that this is probably the norm.
So, don't think we're necessarily dealing with rocket scientists here. Virtually all of them have the investment banking dagger waved at them. Most of them almost never leave the office, except to go to the bank to cash paychecks.

Hi, all you longs,
I have been investing in this company for the last tree years, and since, the problem has been marketing, marketing, marketing.
I still hope(and pray) that some day, someone within this company will wake up and market their product the way it will impact the public and the market. Do you hear me, Dr. Schmidt????
Regards, Dieter
