=DJ Rite Aid Dn -3: Analyst Says Worst May Be Over For Co.

Analyst Grodsky said Thursday's decline in Rite Aid's shares was a continuation of
Wednesday's sell-off.
"Some people didn't finished selling yesterday, because trading was halted. A lot of
people rushed to door and the door closed in their face," Grodsky said.
Grodsky, however, believes that the sell-off will end soon and that Rite Aid doesn't
have any more "major negative surprises on the accounting side."
"October was a bloodbath for the company, but I think in terms of absolute crises, the
worst is over."
"The company still has to clean up its act and get their numbers as accurate as they
can. Rite Aid has a lot to do to polish its terribly tarnished image," Grodsky said.
As previously reported, although the company has said it is unaware of any formal
investigation by the SEC, a Rite Aid spokeswoman said that the company anticipates an
investigation given the size of its restatements.
Rite Aid declined to comment on its stock activity and said it would not release any
news Thursday.
