Actually I believe that GaAs is 'good to go' for some time. I can't help thinking that if SiGe got to the point of being fast, cheap, AND easier to fab that AMCC could benefit significantly. I was wondering if you had an opinion as to that possibility (and I can now guess the one word answer).
My comfort zone is intact as long as Lou & Company would be able to adapt.
