Open ended asbestos liability for B&W part of MDR? Another Johns Manville?

Settlement of these claims, which are related to the company's Babcock & Wilcox subsidiary, requires a growing amount of B&W's operating cash flow. Recently, B&W has seen an increase in amounts demanded for settlement of certain claims. If these demanded amounts cannot be reduced, B&W may be forced to settle at higher amounts, litigate claims or take other available courses of action. Any of these could have a material adverse impact on B&W's ultimate exposure for asbestos liability claims and McDermott's, including B&W, consolidated financial position, results of operations and business prospects.

I'm staying away from this one. Good luck to those of you who are in MDR. Winkman

OK OK just got out of RAD in at 5 out at 6 5/8 great 20 minute run!!!

Time to use the profits for some MDR..... Looks severly oversold here, especially on such strong backlog of orders. Yeah cash is low but credit susie can do wonders if applied to the right spots. The backlog can be used to substantiate backing for more projects. Plus we have bottomed here with MDR..CAP-X has already been forcasted by now and a decision point for future expenditures about to be announced around the house. I'd say after Tuesday we will break the 25 barrier and be in the upswing towards 30. Stil could break the 30 dollar barrier but I can't see it right now. To many cooks stirring the pot.

Good Trading Folks, my Vetrans day was a Profitable one!

Big, This deepwater story is quite an incredible tale. The present and future feats of engineering in this area are and will be truly modern day wonders. Look forward to reading your future work in this regard. Don't forget to tell us personal anecdotes about the men and women with "the right stuff" who go deep.
