LOL! What do you mean, "could"? First day of trading, January. Wrong. If it happens, the "E" will be appended to NPEC on Jan 24, 2000. If NPEC is still found to be not in compliance on Feb 24, 2000 they will be "deleted" on Feb 25, 2000. But you knew all that. LOL Here is the link to the official site with the information: otcbb.com
