I had looked the offering over the other day myself. I agree with your premise - a must read if you plan on investing in CCBL. I was quite surprised to see the 25% dilution factor in the text, but then this is full disclosure, right? Biz does look very interesting. Not sure if it is a slam dunk though. Certainly having ATT and cable (modems) associated with them has given this company some exposure that it lacked previously. With the target at $65, IMHO, this stock has gotten ahead of itself at the moment. Jim
