Howard, since the libertarian vs ecologist was my argument let me state clearly I did not intend to imply environmentalist were evil. It was merely an opinion on what was more likely to elicit a political response. Environmentalist are focused on one very specific issue and are much more likely to act in a focused manner and to vote in accordance with this specific issue. Libertarian values are less specific and not as likely to elicit a focused special interest response. Politicians pay more attention to the former than the latter.
