Where are you at? The funny thing is that I get a great connection at the Santa Clara (CA) server??? Maybe it's because I use multiple ISP's who connect using different routes? I couldn't be more satisfied with Q-Charts. Interquote is working flawlessly as well. Matt

The west coast does have a comm problem, I suppose too much, too soon. People a 100 miles from server get connections worse than Japan. So much depends on reliable ISP and computer hardware and software setups. For a short time this morning, I even got some problems. but they left in about 5 mins. If you ever do have problems look closer to home. The problems, we see so much about here, starts there. The program was developed by the best team in the business. They have been responsive to the customer like only a few in the business. This topic is sometimes not effective, the onelist site offers more information and they have an extensive BB at their site.
