A frightening scenario but totally plausible, extrapolating that which has occurred to SLUP and its shareholders. I do hope somebody is taking notice, because those are powerful arguements.

OBSESSED? WHO IS OBSESSED? POSSESSED? WHO IS POSSESSED? Why does hawkeye spend so much time researching and posting about SEC/SLUP? Because hawkeye, in relative terms, has more to lose in this matter than anyone!! There is no one who has more to lose. hawkeye had big accident. He got caught with a ton of SLUP on May 1, 1998. hawkeye is schooled in the law. He has developed deep sensitivities to issues of fundamental fairness! hawkeye works for US Government. hawkeye understands about duties of public service. That, is what drives hawkeye. hawkeye is determined to rectify any irregularities, injustices, or illegalities through any and all legal and civil means of doing so. hawkeye is determined to learn the truth about this affair ASAP!!! This case means more to hawkeye than it does to anyone!!!Certaintly mean more to hawkeye than anyone at SEC -- to them it just one case in many -- to hawkeye it is his future and the future of his family!!! That is why maybe hawkeye be able to roll right over SEC In Court!!!!!!!!!hawkeye is driven!!! LOOKOUT SEC, hAWKEYE THE MANDUMUS IS COMING AFTER YOU!!!!SEE YOU IN COURT!!!MAYBE JUDGE WILL TELL YOU, AFTER 19+ MONTHS, TO TELL ALL WHAT IT IS THAT SLUP HAS DONE WRONG!!!MAYBE COURT ORDER YOU TO TELL ALL WHAT EVIDENCE YOU CONSIDERED BEFORE YOU WENT AFTER SLUP!!MAYBE JUDGE TELL YOU THAT IN THE FUTURE YOU MUST SHOW YOUR HAND TO ALL ON THE 11th DAY!!!! LET THE CHIPS FALL WHERE THEY MAY--hAWKEYE HAS MANY SCARS FROM HIS BATTLES IN THE COURTS AND hAWKEYE HAS TASTED MANY BITTER PILLS BEFORE.
