I shorted a little today because the NASDAQ is up 11% from its July high, the average NASDAQ runup is about 9%, and CTXS is bumping up against resistance with support a way down, CTXS had a bearish engulfing candlestick today, is touching an hourly support of 76, and was up about 30% IN A WEEK. So things look a little over extended.

Also, I may be an idiot buy my installed software is lot more reliable than the internet. "Thin client" software coming over an internet or intranet is just another snafu waiting to happen. So their business model isn't that attractive to me.

Also Datek wouldn't let me short BEOS. With luck, I'll make some money.

The odds would seem to favor the bears for now!

Hello, Ray!

No, I couldn't find any particular explanation of the price drop today. Kind of like when I usually am not able to find any particular explanation when the price increases.
