El, That 22 1/16 was the wierd trade that showed up about 4:10 .. it was wierd, or out-of-sequence, or someone typed 1/16 vs 7/16 Also, as I posted yesterday, @4:30 when 'after-hours' begins someone always bids CPQ minus its fraction. In today's case the bid became 22. I believe, someone bids very low in the hope of picking up some shares from a scared investor. Bid is still @22 but it'll change to something somewhat reasonable within the hour. It just have to be a stealer. Michael
