I agree totally. I have hardly had to talk to them. Only twice (when I first got the program) and then it was for a configuration problem. The software works smoother than any quote software I have used and I have used plenty-- PC Quote, Bridge, BMI, DTN, Interquote, to name a few. The file size of the program is about half the size of most (which tells me that it was designed properly and not a bunch of modules duct taped together behind the screen). The smoothness of operation is what is the most impressive to me. I would be willing to bet that those who are having ongoing problems are having configuration problems which can probably be fixed with a little effort. BTW, I have no connection with Q-Charts, however I am a beta tester and developer for one of their competitors. Matt
