Hapless isn't an idiot...she just shouldn't try to be something she isn't. A wall street saavy CEO. Starting a company and taking it to a certain stage doesn't mean you have the skill set to run a publicly held growing company. Let her stick to running the company, something she has done very well, and either hire a CEO who can deal with the street, or hire a wall street saavy CFO who will act like he is in charge of the situation, has a handle on the company and exude some modicom of confidence in the company. Ms. Hapless failed on all fronts today.
