i think if one doesn't like abx, don't buy it or short it...
i don't believe any of us has access to the right info or a crystal ball to know for sure...

my strategy is to limit abx to 20 % of my golds and immediately hedge by selling calls when i do buy it...the premium on it works out to over 30 % a year if abx stays where it is...

why this vicious debate, f8ck its only a gold stock, huh ?

Even though I absolutely hate ABX, they have survived this dismal Gold market well over the years.

I would also expect that they get their act together, dump all their hedges and get back on board the Gold Train.
But, I will still have to see it to believe it, knowing their past history (what ever happened to their idea last year about minting 2000 tonnes of a Y2K Gold coin)..?.?.?..
