Tanner to the company's Board of Directors. Tanner is currently the chief financial officer and senior vice president of finance and administration for Mrs. Fields. Tanner's 20-year management career has focused on building corporate value in multinational, turnaround and high-growth corporations as well as not-for-profit entities. Tanner spent nine years at PepsiCo where he was CFO for Pepsi International's $1.5 billion operations in Asia, the Middle East and Africa. He was vice president of strategic planning for Pepsi North America, an $8 billion enterprise, as well as CFO for Pepsi North America's $2 billion Pepsi East Operations. Tanner also spent 10 years with United Technologies Corporation in various capacities, including director of corporate development for the large Fortune 20 conglomerate. Tanner holds a BA in economics from Stanford University and a MBA from UCLA.
