safe assumption that DELL is in talks with companies for a deal similar to the Microsoft/Tandy and AOL/Gateway deals.

-Inventory is STILL at 6 days.

-43% of total revenue is over the internet.

-Greater than 30,000 Premier pages. COuld not hear exact number.

-Services accounted for 8% revenue.

-Notebook backlog orders are decreasing.

-Server segmenr performance is "clearly eroding CPQ's share."

-Enterprise segment is now 17% of total revenue.

Overall it sounded VERY STRONG and there were hints of big things to come in Q4.
