COMDEX... do a search for Rambus, Rdram, Samsung, etc. for results such as... Samsung Electronics Samsung Electronics America is presenting wireless communications products, including the QL5100A (aka 5200), the QL6100/6100N, the QL6050 and 6050N, the QL7050 and 7050N, and the MJ4500C. The company is also showcasing two complete working systems, one with 1GB of SDRAM, and the other with an 800MHz 128MB RDRAM memory module. It is also presenting a full display of components and modules, including DDR PC133, Rambus, 1GB wafer, 1GB module, and 256MB module. Finally, the company's Information Systems Division is displaying TFT and IFT DynaFlat monitors that deliver clarity, clear displays, intense colors and flat edge-to-edge viewing.
