All, *** cost of feeding a color printer *** This is what
I've been looking for. I had an inkling HP printers were
expensive to feed, but here's proof:

www1.pcworld.com

Printer Annual cost 1
Canon BJC-6000 $26
HP DeskJet 812C $87
Average of 15 tested printers $57

1 Cost of cartridges, ink, and printheads, based on
printing 100 text pages and 20 graphics pages per month.

I will buy a cheap inkjet printer tomorrow.
Any advice is welcome...

I'm shopping, too. I thought the Lexmark Z51 looked good, it's an editor's choice at CNET. Nice text, good for music notation. But I'm going to wait to see the Canon BJC-8200. It has been released abroad and will appear here next month. Might be better costs, as your chart suggests.
