Was Mike ever charged, indicted or tried in the ATL case?

Well, let's see... here's a court case where Skillern had a judgment against him, so we may presume he was charged and guilty of a crime. Now whether he was "indicted" and "tried", I don't know. As for the ATL part, well, unless Skillern had yet another transgression with them, I'd say there's probably a good chance the charges stemmed from the insurance fraud case in question involving his father. Do you have another explanation? ;^)

There is an abstract of judgement recorded in Harris County against a Michael Don Skillern, 6500 Sandspoint, #310, Houston, Texas 77074. The judgement is in the amount of $100,000 for the benefit of Prime Tempus as Special Deputy Receiver of American Teachers Life Insurance Company. It was the result of litigation in Travis County (Austin) Court Case # 471218B and was recorded on April 1, 1996. The judgement was awarded on April 14, 1995.

FYI:
Prime Tempus, Inc., recently acquired by Crown Northcorp of Columbus, Ohio, has on its Austin staff managers, investigators, and experts in insurance claims, asset management, and accounting. The company brings a broad base of financial knowledge and expertise to the investigative profession.

"Terrified"? Oh come now, Virgil. You're making an enormous fool of yourself. People are laughing. Not with you, at you.
