Twister, They do seem to have serious difficulty dealing with any opinions that differ from their own. They become full of rancor and personal attacks. Not everybody who works for Sun is this badly behaved but a lot of them are rude and I was a bear on the CPQ thread for a couple of years. They did not like it much but some of the CPQ supporters made a lot of money when they listened to what I was said. Finally, CPQ melted down and the management was kicked out. After that they admitted that I was correct and some of them thanked me for saving their nest eggs. JK
