{ Mike Hutchinson, an IMB missionary, and his family need prayer. Formerly of the First Baptist Church in Long Beach, MS. This missionary is currently in Inguinea-Bissau, West Africa. His car was surrounded by muslims as he and his family drove home. After patiently waiting and asking them to move they finally pulled away from his car. As Mike started to drive away, a 16 year old muslim jumped (or was pushed) in front of Mike's car and was killed. The muslims arrested Mike (took his passport) and are placing him on trial for murder. If convicted he will be hanged immediately. His wife, Lynn and his family children (l2, l0, 9) are staying with another missionary family. Please pray for GOD'S intervention. satan seeks to quiet those who preach God's truth.} Oh God in heaven who works all things after the council of your own will We do pray that this man's life be spared and He be returned to his wife and children. We pray that this family be a powerful witness to the truth of your Word dwelling in earthly vessels of flesh. Give oh God these children, this wife, and this man the faith to face those who can kill the body but who have no power to touch their souls. Help them to be a living sacrifice in the face of destruction by the evil one knowing indeed that you hold them within your hand and that no man can take them from your eternal plan or reward in Christ Jesus. Amen

Dear Jane; too often I find myself attacking the enemy on all fronts, as opposed to picking small targets,i. e. that is in my prayer life. If we are going to be fighting in the trenches we need to keep our heads about us and take care of 'our' small areas of responsibility. But I know what you are saying..Our chant should read WE WILL, WE WILL, ROCK YOU, devil and demons. Glad you are back, lets prepare for war !! ""There's a battle cry being sounded here, it's the royal army of the Lord."" ""Satan's victory is over and the battle has begun, let us sing the FINAL BATTLE CRY !!""
