Agreed. But, I use options as my investment vehicle. $5 points is $5 points. I have never been happier.

On the other hand, the percentages can also be deceiving. Since QCOM has moved up so far so fast, the percentages are much smaller than they would have been only a month or so ago relative to the share price. As an example, today's 26 point jump is a 17% increase over the $153 price per share bottom we hit back in September. And it's a 100% return of the initial investment for anyone who bought shares back in January.
