lol! I bought myself a Wrist Rocket slingshot. That was great fun when there were lotsa acorns about. Scared a lot of squirrels - never connected with one though, fortunately.
And the rubber tubing would BREAK and raise a heck of a welt - ow ow ow

The Click-Clack things were really popular up here for awhile, but I was a bit too "old" for them when they were in vogue.

When I was about...uhm...9, we had these cool darts... plastic ones that looked like miniature "bombs" that you put a cap gun cap inside of and then threw against walls or the street... made a helluva racket, but they were a very cool thing.
