I agree with that statement. I have said this on this thread before. I don't think the market will give the flash division the right valuation as long as it is under the shadow of the cpu biz.

The flash guy giving a presentation today may be a sign of things to come. I wouldn't be surprised if AMD spins off flash in Q2. That could be a huge bonus for AMD longs.

The chain of events that I think are highly likely are:
- Q4 Dresden partner (reduce debt)
- Q4 profits (reduce debt)
- Q1 Networking division sale
- Q1 HUGE Profit (reduce debt)
- Q2 Flash spin-off
- Q2 HUUUGE Profit (reduce debt)
