Michael Kwatinetz (sp?) of Credit Suisse First Boston just stated on PBS's Nightly Business Report that he sees DELL "headed substantially higher from now to April of next year, given Windows 2000 intro in February. This usually starts up a brand new product cycle and DELL is a substantial beneficiary of always".

I really hope that CNBC gives analysts like Mike Kwatinetz exposure tomorrow instead of perennial bears like Dan Niles. Where is Niles? Last time he was on CNBC a few weeks ago he was expecting DELL and INTC to get "pounded"; never heard such harsh words from an analyst before.

First up is Ashok Kumar from Piper Jaffrey on Squawk Box on CNBC tomorrow. Ashok's better, has always maintained his BUY rating, but was bearish on revenue this quarter, incorrectly. On the flip side, he was also incorrect this summer when he came out and said that the "DELL magic is back"! The stock then did nothing but underperform. We shall see.
