But at some point a rotation occurs into smaller companies. It has alluded them for many years. May be the low interest rates and barrowing costs of the last few years will play a part in drawing the attention of buyers towards new technologies, small companies and improving balance sheets. I do not hold to the idea that everything has already been discovered. I hope bounce off 400 VLE is for real, because the extension of these markets depends on a broader base of capital investment.
