Wolf, I think you are better off using 45 million shares outstanding for XVN. Its probably at least that much.

I don't know about the rest of you guys, but with long term potential, rights to the dvd technology and the existing licensing agreements scsi already has preliminary announcments on, I see a minimum of 1 share for every three to five XVN shares. this allows DVDT to buy XVN without excessive dilution, especially when you consider that XVN'x 2,000,000 DVDT shares would come back off the table in the same transaction. I for one would probably be pretty happy at a 5 for 1 swap. Though 3 for 1 is equally a very realistic valuation, if not more so, also. Of course a 50/50 cash and share swap would be just as useable. Any thoughts. Gazza
