Hi Paul, and friends-
A question of trading sociology?
Being free of any actual, first-hand knowledge of how traders work, I was wondering...
Several have speculated about a large selling partner of CC. Could the trading action we've seen recently be due to a larger number of smaller players sharing the information systems of their shared trading house? Maybe as simple as the rumor mill deciding to ride w CC?
On the other hand, I don't understand why CC would protect an amorphous band of followers w/o collusion.
So, how does this work, exactly?
Thanks to everyone for your insights these confusing times-
Smiling really hard now - looking looong - Bob

Updated conversion information:

Today the conversion price rose to 5.39 from 5.24 yesterday. Today's conversion price is
the highest conversion price since August 17th. The two consecutive closing bids of
6 or higher the last two days, is the first time this has happened since August 3rd.

The last ten closing bids and conversion prices are:

1-Nov 5.3438 4.6292
2-Nov 5.3125 4.6555
3-Nov 6.0000 4.7081
4-Nov 5.7500 4.8238
5-Nov 5.7500 4.8501
8-Nov 5.1563 4.8974
9-Nov 5.0000 4.9395
10-Nov 5.4375 5.0921
11-Nov 6.0000 5.2394
12-Nov 6.0313 5.3867

If CC didn't convert before today at noon (and we wouldn't know it yet if they did),
then they only would get about 685k shares for their remaining Series B preferred shares.
They would have lost 60k shares in the last three days alone, and over 112k shares
since the last conversion.

Paul
