Sorry Scott,

I guess observation of the discussion had a longer thread than what you wish to point out. Think to yourself how you actually got to the initial discussion of APIs. It was because of the MSFT trial findings and the kinds of remedial actions that the courts could impose on MSFT. One of them was to force MSFT to openly publish their APIs. This is where you stepped in and stated that MSFT's APIs are already open. Then you can plug in where your understanding of the topic started.

So if you just go far enough back in the discussion thread, you will realize where the API discussion REALLY started.

So yes - I have been following the discussion.
