I wouldn't say that I am overly bullish. CS has some strong points, of which network management is one of them. There is major consolidation going on in the networking industry and there are a couple of Euro-networkers that could likely use some or all of what CS has. If CS doesn't get acquired, they will have a very tough time succeeding in the long term. They have been making some strong strides forward, but again, I would not play them on their fundamentals alone, I consider them a takeover target (as do others) with the associated risk that comes from takeover plays (they may never happen).
