***MR. PACKERS LETTER** Here is my interpretation: Activities are continuing as the company moves forward "as planned." THEY ARE ON TRACK TO FINISH CLINICAL TRIALS BY THE END OF THE YEAR Expansion to more clinical trial sites THESE WILL BE TURNKEY OPERATIONS THAT WILL START GENERATING REVENUE SHORTLY AFTER FDA APPROVAL increases in company funding THEY WILL HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH MONEY TO BE ON NASDAQ several strategic alliances are currently in process/negotiations CTI COULD HAVE SOME STRATEGIC PARTENERSHIPS WITH LARGE, WELL-KNOW TECH COMPANIES. things are going well WHEN MR. PACKER SAYS THIS, YOU SHOULD NOT SELL ANY SHARES TOO SOON. HE DOES NOT SAY "THINGS ARE GOING WELL" LIGHTLY. good luck to all. i think we will all be amazed at the stock price by spring 2000. you ain't seen nuthin' yet, imho. curtis
