Uncle, ftr, two other enabling gorillas (although old and bent)--

AMAT--Their equipment enables the whole revolution, and their stock price over 10 years has followed the Gorilla path. Of course, their tornado happened long ago and now growth from here will "only" follow growth of the tech sector. And, management satisfies my other criteria of being superior.

IBM--("ugh!", I here you saying) Their positions as gorillas in all sorts of things, eg., next generation magnetic storage, mems, copper-based cpu's, etc., is terribly diluted by declining technologies, efforts to be all things to all people (eg., PC boxmaker) and their profitable services sector. But IBM remains the cutting edge on a number of areas.

These two are offered merely for completeness. And, recognizing that some of us cannot handle having all of our eggs in one basket. Remember, the Manual doesn't say put all your eggs in one gorilla. It says that in each sector, concentrate on the gorilla.

Best,
JS
