Tiger Paw,
Hi!!!
RE: Tell me why this qtr does not warrant chain selling of this stock at this price??
This is the worst quarter Dell will see for a long time! (And it's not so bad). Dram and LCD prices hit them in the short inventory, but more important, they didn't have anything new to sell. Intel bumped Rambus which in turn bumped new high offerings, The earth bumped Taiwan which bumped Acer which hit the low offerings. Dell missed an entire quarter of new product offerings, and yet they did very well. The market is forward looking and they are not going to perform at this low a level for some time forward.

Hi!! Been having some study time here since we had this earnings report...Talking most of the evening with Drew and Patrick...Chatting with Annette and Leigh...My dad and others up here have been calling...Answered quite a few messages also...I really can't speak for everyone but I have a feeling if we asked the management to pick...and they had to pick...a quarter where they claimed to have had the greatest pride in achieving...I think they just may name this quarter...IMO the obstacles DELL has overcome in this quarter is beginning to settle here..The Dram..The concerns of further problems overseas...The Rambus backoff...And the continuing LCD shortage...Let's face it...Everything here crushed margins..I suppose we'll never know what they are saying about this quarter privately...But, IMO this was one incredible feat folks...The fourth quarter could be a return to 96...Hold on gang...The smart MM's should be loading up and The DELL Train may move sooner than we think...

Best, Kemble
