Yes, I have been a heavy trading, platinum customer since, E*trade first started it. Yes, I've called E*trade, but there is just too much inconsistency in what I hear from the reps for me to have any confidence that it does any good. Other than the recent "Active Trader Rebate", my platinum status hasn't been of any benefit at all to me. I stopped using the power/platinum pulse and the trading desk because of their frequently unreliability at crucial trading moments. My Qcharts with L2 program has been exceptional reliable and infinitely more useful in my trading than the pulse. I will still keep IOIing with E*trade for IPOs, but the bulk of my day/swing trading will be done elsewhere. I won't quit because I guess I still remember how profitable that unbelieveable string of consecutive IPO allocations I got earlier this year from E*trade was.

Patience is still my strong suit,
4-Bob
