I must say the analysis of MDR has been well done! Extremely good DD from all. It is always interesting to read the different posts and deduct who has shorted the sheets from who is in and can admit it. Shareholder value is tantamount to the manager's ability to last with MDR. I'm sure management is working well into the night to devise a restructuring plan or buyback or refinance deal to increase shareholder value...The key here is did management get a blindfold and a cigarette before coming to the table? Is the board fixing to have the CEO walk the plank! When such a large diverse company gets blown out of the water like this; usually heads roll and analysts upgrade the stock. First the manager sets the stock back on the right path then the public relation blitz... Take for instance Boeing when their management overbought inventory and ruined a perfectly good earnings run...Man did heads roll off of that! But once the management got hung out to dry folks figured out that Boeing was taking the right steps to solve their problem. Would expect to see something printed tomorrow.
