Hey Myth, how's this for fighting inflation: one day before the closing date when I sold my house, my realtor calls me and says the buyer's appraiser appraised the house $2000 less than the agreed price. Either I blow off the sale or eat two grand. Obviously I ate the two grand rather than wait for another buyer. Ce la vie! At least I sold that house and left America alive, who knows what fate awaits those poor idiots.
