We have until Dec 20, 1999 to garner the votes and nominate the outside director.

I can not find this PR on any of the news services in the US (just like the original options repricing release). I can not believe that something like this could be selectively distributed. If I did not know better I would be led to believe that Pyng hoped that no one would check SEDAR to find it. Never the less my hat is off to Mr. Jacobs and Pyng for affording us this opportunity. The only problem is that if it is not distributed to the normal news services used by Pyng or sent out in a letter by Pyng then only those shareholders that read SI and Stockhouse will know that this opportunity exists. I have no doubt that there would be wide spread interest in nominating an independent director is all the shareholder were aware of this news.
