However if there is some sort of flag or special code placed to bypass my account during a "random selection", then I am wasting my time. I don't even have a problem with not getting shares because of being on a black list if Etrade would just inform me. I don't believe that I'm that unlucky. An ETrade rep confirmed to me (posted here a few days ago) that there are additional, undisclosed screens on IPOs after the approval of your profile. Of course, if ask enough of them I'm sure that you could get one to confirm that the Sun is blue...
