I, too, have been wanting to send some photos your way of the projects I did this year in the yard. Now if I can just figure out which one of the 4 undeveloped rolls the pictures are on....<gg>

I drop the subject after one last comment:

I was thinking about the time you were telling me about having problems with the electrical charging system in your van. Once you finally identified the problem, it was easily fixed. Had you taken a few moments to write that down in some type of "catch-all" journal, that info just might come in handy to one of your children down the road.

You see, as adults caught up in the process of raising a family (obviously I'm guessing since SJ and I don't have children by design), its really hard to predict what one might think of as useful to those left behind after one passes. The van example of just one of so many things your kids just might find useful at some point in their later lives even though it seems trivial at the time. Because really, what it comes down to from my viewpoint, is that when something comes as a trying period in their lives, you might have already helped them to overcome some of those situations simply because you took the time to write what seemed unimportant at the time, down.

That is the way I see it anyway.
