Larry, we did not speak, I received e-mail. I posted 99.9% of it as she sent it.

The peer review committee of the FDA meets only after an application for approval has been submitted. I do not even know if under subpart E that such a committee is required.

But that does help in trying to figure out when XOMA will meet with the FDA. The data, must be very complex, having taken so long to analyze. We should remember that the trial was stratified by degree of severity. (8-11) and (12-15). In spite of the best R.D. computer, it probably takes more than a few hours to analyze and understand the data. The R.D. is a private joke, related to phony and funny, which do indeed sound alike, if you have a noisy windmill spinning nearby.
